With the elimination of Dave Freeston in 5th place the final four Event 4 players immediately began discussing a deal. The stacks were counted down and within moments they came to an adjusted payouts agreement.

They agreed to run one hand out for the trophy and it was the short stack Mark Madaban who came out on top taking home his first Bar Poker Open trophy and $7,468.
